Our White Wines
Our Menu
Dry Selection
Our chardonnay-like oaky white. Made from Cayuga White grapes, bourbon-barrel aged to create a subtle oak experience. A white wine ready to be paired with your favorite zesty meal or flavorful appetizers.
A crisp and refreshingly light off-dry wine from the grape of the same name. Subtle notes of pineapple make this wine the perfect easy drinking, goes-with-everything sort of wine.
Off-Dry Selection
An ever so light hint of honey aroma cascades from the glass. Paired with the subtle notes of a crisp apple, the wine is kept dry to offer the full flavor of our Vignoles grapes.
Feel like taking a break from it all, then grab a bottle of Paradise. The Cayuga White grape offers the perfect semi-dry experience with just the right hint of sweetness for a relaxing time.
Semi-Sweet Selection
Fruit-forward aromas and a sultry crispness will provide just the right way to spice up your kick back & unwind time. Pull up a chair and relax with our Frontenac Gris wine.
Named for the old schoolhouse adjacent to the vineyard, our Niagara wine holds to it's North American heritage. Offers a subtle Riesling-like finish all on it's own - just a tad of extra sweetness was needed!
Sweet
A tribute to our humble beginning in 2005, Five-05 showecases our sweeter side using the Lacrosse grape that is oh-so-sweet to the bees. You will like this sweet white too - that's not too sweet!
Our Peach Sangia in a bottle. No need to wait for Summer Sangria on the patio. Will be certain to make you think it's Summer any time of the year.
Our Red Wines
Our Menu
Dry - Off Dry Selection
Our sassy sister to the Norton grape - with a subdued oaky presence, our "Cabernet of the Ozarks" is certain to please a palate seeking a rich tannin experience.
Our unique red wine offering of what might be the first unconventional used bourbon barrelling method around, that is, until the big names out West decided to make it the 'In thing' to do. Experience the bold aromas and smooth driy wine when we exposed our Chancellor wine with Four Roses barrels. Who knew back in 2009 it would be the 'in thing' to do. Certain to entice the most discerning palate. Best paired with your favorite steak!
What an odd name?? It's named for Albert Siebel who developed the Chancellor grape. This wine showcases notes of dark berries, maybe a bit of raisin and fig. Our first time of American white oak aging for this grape varietal. A suble experience for the red wine connoisseur looking for a mellow option.
Sorta Sweet & Sweet Selection
Blending our Cynthiana, Chancellor and Marchel Foch grapes into an easy-drinking red blend. A perfect light red or an easy transition to dry starter wine for those who want a change from the sweet side!
